This nutrient-dense blended beverage makes a great breakfast or afternoon snack. You can even take it up a notch by adding more greens like spinach, kale, or parsley. Creamy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ripe Tomorrow's® Organics avocado
  • 2 teaspoons high quality ground coffee
  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chunks or chips (86% or darker)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 3 cups almond or rice milk
  • 1 handful of ice

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Adjust the consistency by adding more milk or ice.

COOK'S NOTE: Avocados have amazing thickening properties. If you love avocado and want to add more, reduce the amount of banana you use.
